Court of Appeals of the State of Georgia ATLANTA,____________________ May 02, 2017 The Court of Appeals hereby passes the following order: A17A1478. RODERICK HARVEY v. THE STATE. The trial court revoked the balance of Roderick Harvey’s probation for commission of a new felony offense. Harvey’s counsel filed a motion for new trial, which the trial court denied. Harvey filed a notice of appeal from the trial court’s order. We, however, lack jurisdiction. An application for discretionary appeal is required to appeal a probation revocation case.
