An evidentiary hearing was conducted on February 18, 2010 related to the Debt ors’ Motion for Sanctions Against GE Money Bank (JC Penney) (“GEMB”). Michael L. Jankins represented Richard and Ethel Anderson (“Debtors”). Michael Sherwood Dove appeared for Recovery Management Systems Corporation (“RMSC”).
