This matter came before the Court on the Complaint Objecting To Discharge (“Complaint”) 1 filed by Deborah C. Me-notte, the Plaintiff and Trustee in Bankruptcy for Jerold M. Davidson and Virginia L. MeCoy-Davidson herein (the “Plaintiff’), against John F. Davis, the Defendant and Debtor herein (the “Debtor”). The Plaintiff seeks denial of the Debtor’s discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2)(A), 727(a)(2)(B), 727(a)(3), 727(a)(4)(A), and 727(a)(5).
