{¶ 1} Respondent, Rasheed Asani Simmonds of Cincinnati, Ohio, Attorney Registration No. 0067797, was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 1997. In August 2015, relator, disciplinary counsel, filed a complaint with the Board of Professional Conduct charging Simmonds with professional misconduct in three client matters.
