The suit is for divorce brought by the husband against the wife. The gravemen of the charge is indignities offered by the wife to the husband; that these indignities were begun and kept up under the influence of John E. Sombart, brother of the wife. The specific allegations of indignities are as follows: “That the commencement of the aforesaid treatment and conduct of defendant toward the plaintiff rendering his condition intolerable consisted at first of inuendoes to the effect that plaintiff had been and was suffering with the vile disease of syphilis, then, insinuating that defendant had…
