In this abuse and neglect case, the Circuit Court of Cabell County denied a motion to reconsider the dismissal of the infant child, Amanda J., from an abuse and neglect proceeding concerning Scott C., an abused child residing in the same home as Amanda J.1 On appeal, the guardian ad litem for the infant children maintains that the circuit court erred in refusing to conduct an evidentiary hearing concerning Amanda J. and in failing to conduct a disposition hearing concerning Scott C.
