This matter is before the court on the defendants’ motion to transfer venue to the District Court for the Southern District of Florida, filed on February 26, 2010. (Docket No. 8.) Plaintiff filed an opposition to the defendants’ motion on March 12, 2010. (Docket No. 15.) On March 19, 2010 the defendants responded to plaintiffs opposition. (Docket No. 22.)
