is a suit brought in the court below by defendant in error against plaintiff in error for damages on account of its alleged failure to promptly transmit and deliver a telegraphic message. The trial before court and jury resulted in a verdict and judgment in favor of defendant in error for the sum of $1,995. The telegram was delivered to plaintiff in error at Yuma, Arizona Territory, for transmission to and delivery at Buda, Texas.
