FOURNET, Justice.

We granted the rehearing in this case in order to consider the following points:(1)The request of the defendants to remand the case to the lower court in order that they might offer evidence to rebut the proof introduced by the plaintiff because of the alleged interference by the trial judge.(2) The request to remand the case for additional proof on the ground that the plaintiff’s evidence was insufficient to establish with legal certainty the amount of the alleged claim.(3) The statement that the judgment should be amended so as to dismiss the suit in so far as…
