This case is an appeal from the criminal conviction of Appellant Leslie MacKool for capital murder and theft of property. She was sentenced to life imprisonment without parole on the capital-murder charge and five years’ imprisonment on the theft-of-property charge, with the sentences to run concurrently. Because she was sentenced to fife imprisonment without parole, our jurisdiction is proper pursuant to Ark. R. Sup. Ct. l-2(a)(2) (2005).
