Julie Mehrer appeals after a judgment, following jury trial, in favor of her former employer, Diagnostic Imaging Center, P.C. (“Diagnostic”), upon her claim for wrongful discharge as a “whistleblower.” She contends that she was improperly barred from showing and making reference that Diagnostic’s corporate counsel and trial counsel were employed by the same law firm.
