ORDER
NORGLE, District Judge.
Plaintiff, Kris Roberts, as guardian and next friend of Joshua Roberts (“JOSHUA”) brings this malpractice action on behalf of Joshua against Christ Hospital and the above individually-named physicians, surgeons and anesthesiologists for injuries to Joshua arising out of his delivery. The complaint is in six counts, claiming malpractice, res ipsa loquitur, and informed consent actions against the Hospital and against the individually-named physicians and surgeons.
