This writ of error is prosecuted to reverse a judgment entered February 25,1911, in the Superior Court of Cook County, in favor of the defendant in error, Heinrich Ohlwein, administrator, and against the plaintiffs in error, W. Irving Osborne, D. B. Hanna and George G. Moore, as receivers of the Chicago & Milwaukee Electric Bailroad Company for the death of Ditmar Ohlwein.
