Tbis is a suit in chancery to determine tbe respective rights of vendors and vendees on land contracts in condemnation awards. Five cases were consolidated and tried as one case.
Tbe material facts are not in dispute. Tbe Michigan Investment Company, also identified as tbe Lambrecht-Kelly Company, Claud B. Tromley, and Margaret Tromley, bis wife, hereinafter referred to as vendors, subdivided a piece of property known as Starr Acres subdivision.
