* Writ of error granted. This suit was instituted by the appellee against appellant to procure the appointment of a receiver to collect any salary which he might earn, or which may be due him already as an employee in the post office in Fort Worth, or in any other service, and for a decree directing the receiver to turn over to her such portions of such salary as may be necessary to support herself and child.
