— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered November 26, 1974, convicting her of possession of gambling records in the first degree and promoting gambling in the second degree, after a nonjury trial, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Rabin, Acting P.
