This is the second appearance of this case in this court. See Thomas v. Kearney Little League Baseball Assn., 95 NCA No. 25, case No. A-93-879 (not designated for permanent publication) (Thomas I). John F. Thomas is seeking compensation from the Kearney Little League Baseball Association (Little League) for services he performed for it from mid-June through July 15, 1993, when he was dismissed as the head coach of the “all-stars” team.
