This is an appeal from a judgment of the District Court denying without a hearing appellant’s motion to vacate sentence, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255.. „ , , ,, , . , , Appellant and three codefendants were charged with robbing a bank m Oakland Tennessee, and placing the employees lives m jeopardy by the use oí a dangerous weapon, m violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113. Appellant, with representation by counsel employed by his father, entered a plea of guilty and, on March 29,1961, was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of twenty-five years.
