PELLEGRINI, Judge.

Fred Lamborn (Claimant) petitions for review the order of the Worker’s Compensation Appeal Board (Board) reversing the referee’s award of benefits due to the collateral estop-pel effect of an unemployment compensation decision that Claimant failed to accept employment within his capabilities.

While bending over to install a heavy tracking roller, Claimant injured his low back in his work duties as a maintenance mechanic for Amoroso Baking (Employer). After his injury on April 22, 1991, Claimant returned to work for Employer for only one day, in a light-duty position vacuuming…
