This matter came before the Court on the Objection to Confirmation filed by Green Tree Financial Corp .-Mississippi and the Trustee’s Response to the Objection to Confirmation filed by Harold J. Barkley, Jr. Having reviewed the Stipulation of Facts and the briefs submitted by the parties, the Court finds that the Debtor’s proposal to combine the post-petition, pre-confirmation mobile home payment owed to Green Tree for the month -of December 1992 with the pre-petition monthly payments which are in default and to cure the…
