This suit was instituted January 9, 1922, by the Kerens National- Bank, one of appellants herein, against W. T. Stockton, individually and as independent executor of the es-' tate of D. M. Morris, deceased, and against the six children of the deceased as beneficiaries under his will, to recover judgment on promissory notes and for appropriate pro-' vision for the satisfaction of such judgment' out of the nonexempt property belonging to said estate.
