Because prejudicial error in the admission of evidence, which materially affected the assessment of damages, requires a reversal on this appeal, it is not necessary to state at length the facts in evidence. It is sufficient to note that the evidence establishes grossly immoral conduct on the part of each of the parties. They first met on July 15th or 18th, 1931. Plaintiff was then twenty years of age and a waitress in her parents’ restaurant.
