This was a bill in chancery filed by Katharina Kuhn, widow of Frank Kuhn, deceased, against the _heirs-at-law of her deceased husband, and against the Chicago-Title and Trust Company, wherein the said Chicago Title and Trust Company filed a cross-bill, as did also the appellants Emma W. Spengler, Annie Bartels and Tillie I. Kuhn, certain of the heirs-at-law of the said deceased. The deceased, Frank Kuhn, departed this life May 3, 1890, leaving a last will and testament, whereby he placed his property, real, personal and mixed, in the hands of his executors, as trustees, to be held and…
