One John N. Hjawgood died testate on the 6th day of September, 1908, leaving a will by which he disposed of his entire estate by legacies. In October, 1908, the will was admitted to probate in Lawrence county. Estate administration proceedings were had in the county court, property sold under the provisions of the will and orders of the court, creditors’ claim filed and allowed, executors’ reports and accounts filed and approved, and two partial decrees of distribution entered, and payments made thereunder bv the executors.
