The Independent School District of Jefferson undertook the erection of a new high school building, and bonds were voted and issued for that purpose.' 1. Schools and SCHOOL DISTRICTS : selection of scRool-house site: vote of electors: effect. It is quite impossible to state this case with anything like the fullness of detail which marks its presentation by counsel, and keep our opinion within its reasonable limit of space.
