This is an appeal by Carolyn F. Orr from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Marion County in a boundary-line dispute. The court reformed a deed establishing the disputed boundary line and dismissed the appellant’s third-party complaint against the prior owners of her property and against a surveyor of the property. The appellant had claimed that the prior owners were obligated to her under a covenant of general warranty and that the surveyor had negligently surveyed the line in dispute.
