The Debtors, Don Byron Reilly and Mary Lou Reilly, appearing pro per, filed this adversary proceeding on May 25, 1989, with an “Amendment to Complaint” filed July 18, 1989. The amendment joins as a party defendant the Trustee in Debtors’ Chapter 7 case. Each Defendant has filed a Motion to Dismiss the Complaint, with supporting memorandum, and Debtors responded to said motions on August 15, 1989.
