In this appeal, the appellant, Societe National Algerienne Pour La Recherche, La Production, Le Transport, La Transformation et La Commercialisation des Hydrocar-bures (“Sonatrach”) challenges the ruling of the United States Bankruptcy Court, dated May 15, 1986, denying Sonatrach’s Motion to Modify the Automatic Stay to allow Sonatrach to commence arbitration before the International Chamber of Commerce, in Geneva, Switzerland pursuant to the arbitration clause in its contract with appellee Distrigas Corporation (“Distri-gas”).
