(SC 20982) McDonald, D’Auria, Mullins, Ecker, Alexander, Dannehy and Cradle, Js.** Syllabus The defendant, R, appealed, and the intervenor, B, cross appealed, from the trial court’s judgment dissolving R’s marriage to the plaintiff, K, and from various of the court’s related orders.
