Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant was not denied effective assistance of counsel as the result of his counsel’s failure to make a pretrial motion to suppress the identification testimony of the victim and the bus driver (see, People v Wright, 212 AD2d 968). The verdict is supported by sufficient evidence and is not against the weight of the evidence (see, People v Bleakley, 69 NY2d 490, 495; People v Wright, supra).
