Plaintiff, Security-First National Bank of Los Angeles, hereinafter referred to as the bank, as executor of the will of Bernard B. Stack, deceased, commenced this action to recover from Mary A. Stack, widow of deceased, certain securities which, prior to the death of decedent, had been kept in a safe deposit box to which both decedent and his wife had access.
