*1684Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Monroe County (John B. Gallagher, Jr., A.J.), rendered July 27, 2015. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of aggravated criminal contempt, criminal contempt in the first degree, and assault in the third degree.

It is hereby ordered that the judgment so appealed from is unanimously affirmed.
