JAMES, Judge:

Action by petitioner to rescind the separation agreement he and his former wife, respondent S.I.S., executed on February 20, 1975.

Petitioner and respondent were married on January 19,1957, and four children were bom of this marriage. Petitioner’s mental health problems began in 1970 when he was hospitalized at the Delaware State Hospital for eight weeks. Similar illnesses occurred in 1972 and the early part of 1974, with petitioner suffering such symptoms as acceleration of the mind followed by paranoia and loss of a sense of reality.
