The appellant, First National Bank of Louisville, prior to the year 1909, and prior to tke dates hereinafter mentioned, was a banking corporation chartered and operating under the laws of the United States providing for the incorporation of national banks, with a capital stock of $500,000.00, divided into shares of the par value of $100.00 each. The appellees and plaintiffs below owned together 303 shares of the capital stock of the bank.
