In the above-styled chapter 11 bankruptcy case, Taylor Freezers of Alabama, Inc., the debtor, and Taylor Company filed a joint motion to have the Court: (1) “approve compromise”; and (2) “accept exec-utory contract as modified.” Notice of this motion to parties in interest was given by the debtor pursuant to its motion “to shorten time,” which was granted April 10, 1990.
