Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Erie County *1450(Russell R Buscaglia, A.J.), rendered January 6, 2014. The judgment convicted defendant, upon a jury verdict, of burglary in the third degree (two counts) and criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree.
