In. this case tbe Examiner questions tbe effect of a discharge of mortgage made to a mortgagor after be bad parted with bis equity of redemption. Tbe discharge is in ordinary form, acknowledging payment by tbe mortgagor, discharging tbe mortgage, and releasing and quit-claiming to tbe mortgagor and bis heirs and assigns tbe premises.
