MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

MARTEN, District Judge.

This matter comes before the court on the parties’ cross-motions for summary judgment (Dkt.Nos.30, 32). Plaintiff argues that she did not receive a full and fair review and that substantial evidence does not support defendant Hartford’s termination decision. Defendant objects to these assertions and argue that Hartford properly terminated plaintiffs benefits under the terms of her plan.
