Plaintiff, O. T. McCoy, claiming to be the record owner of an approximately 2lA acre tract of land on Lake Bistineau in Bienville Parish, Louisiana, brought this petitory action against defendant, Lloyd Toms, who was in possession of the property. Defendant answered denying plaintiff’s ownership and alleging defendant’s possession of the property.
