—In an action to recover damages for the defendants from an order of *408the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Molea, J.), dated February 27, 2001, which granted the plaintiffs motion pursuant to CPLR 4404 (a) to set aside a jury verdict on the issue of liability in favor of the defendants and direct that judgment be entered in her favor as a matter of law.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
