On April 28, 1904, L. A. Bush made application for 20 shares of class “I” insured stock of the Aetna Building Association of Las Vegas, N. M., and in said application L. A. Bush authorized Aetna Building Association to procure and keep in force a policy of insurance on his life for $1,000, payable to the Aetna Building Association, trustee, its successor or assigns, as beneficiary, and stipulating, in case of death, that the proceeds of said insurance policy should be applied to the maturing of the class “I” stock, which, when matured, the amount thereof should be first…
