In consolidated proceedings pursuant to article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law, the appeal is from so much of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County (Burchell, J.), dated January 5,1981, as reduced the assessments for each of the tax years under review. Judgment modified, on the law and the facts, by deleting the provisions reducing the assessments and substituting provisions adjusting the assessments in accordance with the memorandum of this court.
