delivered the opinion of the court:

In this action for a partnership accounting, the trial court sitting without a jury, entered judgment in favor of plaintiff, and defendant appeals, contending that an accord and satisfaction barred plaintiffs claim.

On February 13, 1969, plaintiff and defendant entered into an agreement forming a partnership for the distribution of car wash equipment under the name of “Mr. Scrub” or “Mr. Scrub Car Wash Systems.” Defendant also owned another company named Storm Master, and the business operations of both Mr. Scrub and Storm Master…
