SCIRICA, Circuit Judge.
The issue on appeal involves the interpretation of an “occurrence” insurance policy under Pennsylvania law, specifically whether the tort of malicious prosecution “occurs” when the criminal charges are filed or when the prosecution is resolved in the plaintiffs favor.
