HAMITER, Judge.
A life, health, and accident policy was issued by the defendant company on March 23, 1925, in which the plaintiff herein was named as the insured. For a period of more than eleven years all stipulated and required premiums thereunder were paid. The insured became ill on May 1, 1936, while the policy was in full force and ef-. feet, and notice of such illness was given to defendant. Thereupon two weekly disability payments, under the provisions of the contract, were made. The insurer refused to make further payments, and on May 25, 1936, a letter was delivered to plaintiff…
