The writ was awarded on June 27, 1923. According to the deposition of .the respondent, not taken until the 7th and not filed until the 10th day of the third month of the following year, the writ, on *154the day of issuance, was served by the sheriff upon her at the law offices of counsel for her husband, whither she had gone to attend a hearing in an application for a divorce made by her husband, the father relator.
