MEMORANDUM OF DECISION

DUNCAN W. KEIR, Bankruptcy Judge.

On the 17th day of October, 1996, this court entered in this case an order imposing sanctions against Pamela L. Lyles (“Lyles”) for civil contempt of this court for the reasons set forth therein. As recited in that order, this court sanctioned the contemnor by barring her from acting as an attorney in any matter before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland until the contemnor purged herself in accordance with that order.
