The Chancellor.

William S. Ingersoll, by his will, after providing for payment of his debts and funeral expenses, gave to his wife $1,000, und directed his executor to put $1,000 at interest, and pay her the interest for life; the principal, after her death, to go to any «hild or children she might have by the testator, and if, at her *128death, she should leave no such child or children, in that case he gave the principal to his son Frank. He then gave her the use of his household goods so long as she should remain his-widow, and added:
