Defendant was charged with the unlawful use of weapons and failure to comply with state and city gun registration laws. After a bench trial he was found guilty of unlawful use of weapons, 1 and sentenced to one year probation with the first 90 days to be served in the House of Correction. On appeal defendant seeks a reversal of his conviction or a reversal and remandment for a new trial.
