Reversing.
At a special election held on December 23, 1919, the voters of Jackson county approved a bond issue of $125,000 to be used for the purpose of constructing and reconstructing public roads and bridges of the county. A citizen and taxpayer of the county instituted an action in the Jackson circuit court to enjoin the county judge and members of the fiscal court from issuing or selling any of the bonds on the ground that the election had not been properly advertised.
